Returns

The Customer always has the right of withdrawal from the Sales Contract, without any penalties and without explanations, within 14 days from the day of arrival of the product.

If the Customer decide to use the right of withdrawal, he needs to ask the appropriate module of "return authorization" to the Customer Care, writing an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with "con "Return request" as object, indicating the order number.

We will send an e-mail to the Customer, containing all the detailed instructions for preparing the return. The Customer needs to attach, inside the package, the module of return authorization, completed in every part. Returns that don't respect the requirements won't be accepted. The return won't be possibile if product are clearly been used. The products must be returned with the appropriate protections, in their original cases, in perfect condition (not damaged or dirty), with all the accesories, the instructions, the documentation, with the identification tag, the labels and the security seal still attached. Damaged or altered returns won't be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.

The customer has a maximum of 14 working days to return his order, starting from the moment he receive the retung code. Our Customer Care will control the returned items and, if they respect the requirements explained above, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order. Once that the returned products have been received and examined, the Customer will receive an email notification.

The shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
